Pigeon is a pen-pal app where letters take real time to arrive — the farther the friend, the longer the wait. Handwritten feeling, real postmarks.

Distance is
part of the letter.
Every letter travels for a time set by the distance between you and your pen pal — minutes for a neighbour, days for the other side of the world. It's enforced on the server, so nobody can peek early.

Your letters can only be read by you and your pen pal, and only once they've arrived. Block or report anyone; the moderation tools can't open private letters.
